My daily tasks are so diverse that they make each day interesting, every day we focus on one common goal: bring added value to our clients – bearing this in mind, different teams, including my own, collaborate and find the best solutions which lead to innovation, diversity and progress.
My team is split over 2 locations: Brasov and Bucharest. Therefore, my days start with a meeting with the team to address all concerns that arise, both personal and professional. Even though we are not working from the same location, we feel connected all the time, through the internal communication tools and this makes remote working seamless.
The day continues with different tasks from taking care of administrative tasks, assisting the team in understanding and implementing different processes, and taking on complex cases which need additional support.
When I’m not at work, I’m usually taking part in some kind of sporting activity, usually hiking or shooting some hoops on the basketball court. Music is also a big part of my life so whenever I get the chance, you’ll find me enjoying the music of my favorite bands at a concert with my friends.
