Getting to equal
We believe the future workforce is an equal one and have set bold goals to accelerate gender equality. 30 percent of our company leaders are women and 40 percent of the external members of our board of directors are women, including our non-executive chair.
of our new hires are women
of our global workforce are women
of our promotions are women
of our revenue-producing roles are held by women
of our IT and engineering workforce are women
of our new promoted managing directors are women
How we're getting to 50/50
By 2025, we will achieve a gender balanced workforce–and by 2020, women will account for 25 percent of managing directors worldwide.
Our employees can set their start and finish times or work more hours over fewer days. They can telecommute, and we offer part-time arrangements.
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) support our women and help them build networks through the Accenture Women’s Network–a global online platform.
Developing every day
Employees have a mentor and a personalized training program. Women comprise 41 percent of total participants in mentoring and development programs.
