An update from our CEO
At the core of Accenture is our unwavering commitment to inclusion and diversity, and equality for all. We take a broad view of diversity, which includes our people from diverse ethnic and racial backgrounds in every corner of the globe and every country where we operate. We strongly believe the diversity of our people helps us work better together and drives greater innovation for our clients and communities.
We are taking action to fight racism. We have set goals in South Africa, the UK and the US to increase our ethnic and racial representation. We have launched new mandatory training that supports our people in identifying and speaking up about racism. We also are working to build a better future through community investments like our Black Founders Development Program, with more to come.
Together, we are acting, we are leading, and we will drive change. There is much hard work to do, but I am encouraged by the dialogue and action happening around the world. These steps to fight racism are essential to ensuring that Accenture is a place where everyone can succeed both personally and professionally, has equal opportunity and feels they truly belong.LEARN MORE
