Our Innovation Spaces showcase Accenture Romania's role as a center for innovation and reinvention. From Automotive and Life Sciences, to Digital Engineering, AI and Cloud, our five specialized hubs bring together diverse teams to develop next-generation solutions, accelerate innovation, and help clients solve complex business challenges. Together, they shape the future of industries through technology, expertise, and collaboration.
Digital Skills Academy is Accenture Romania's flagship volunteering program, bringing digital education to children from underserved communities for more than six years. With over 8,805 children reached across 520 schools, more than 822 volunteers and 22,424 volunteering hours, the initiative develops digital literacy, critical thinking, and creativity each year, helping young people build the skills needed for the future.
Our commitment to investing in future talent comes to life through partnerships with eight universities across Romania. Through our three Accenture University Labs and a wide range of workshops, mentorship programs and hands-on learning experiences, we help more than 1,500 students each year build skills in AI, IoT, digital twins and other emerging technologies, preparing them for tomorrow's careers.
