Manish Sharma is the chief strategy and reinvention services officer and a member of Accenture’s Executive Committee. In this role, he leads Reinvention Services, bringing together the full breadth of Accenture to create solutions to our clients' most complex problems and deliver more value faster. Designed entirely around how our clients think about their business issues and organize their operations, Reinvention Services embeds data and AI more deeply into solutions and accelerates value realization at scale.
Over his more than 30-year career, Manish has helped clients worldwide transform their businesses, driving measurable value through industry expertise, AI-enabled platforms and global technology partnerships. He has served in several of Accenture's most senior leadership roles, including CEO of the Americas, the company's largest geographic market, and Chief Operating Officer, where he led enterprise strategy execution and operational performance. Prior to that, as CEO of Operations, he spearheaded the development of SynOps, Accenture's AI-powered operations platform, which combines AI, data and human expertise to improve efficiency and business outcomes at scale.
Manish serves as chair of Avanade's Board of Directors and as a board member of ANSR, a global firm that specializes in establishing global capability centers.
Manish holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a master’s in Management from the University of Mumbai.
