Accenture at TM Forum Innovate Americas 2026
The AI-native telco and the path to Autonomous Networks
September 7, 2026
Join us in Dallas, 6-7 October 2026, to explore the next chapter of telecom reinvention. Accenture will share how operators can scale AI across the enterprise, accelerate the path to level 4 / 5 autonomous networks, and apply trusted data and network intelligence. All in the service of resilient operations, outstanding customer experience and new growth.
As AI reshapes customer expectations, networks are expected to do more than carry traffic. Customers want a network that knows them, anticipates their needs and acts before problems surface. Yet most networks still run on disconnected systems built for a simpler time, with operators reacting to disruption rather than preventing it.
Telco executives see the potential of autonomous networks. By 2030, operators who successfully scale them expect to deliver 30% lower network operating expenditure and 11% higher revenue. Only one in three, however, think they’ll achieve level four or five autonomous networks by this time—the level needed to deliver what we call a network of one, where every customer and device is known, their needs anticipated and their experience continuously improved.
