John Goodman is the Chief Executive of Accenture Federal Services, which serves clients across all sectors of the US federal government—defense, intel, public safety, health, and civilian. He oversees every aspect of the company, including setting strategic direction, positioning the business in the market, managing client relationships and developing talent. Since joining Accenture in 1998, he has held a variety of leadership roles–including managing director of Accenture’s Defense & Intelligence portfolio, managing director for Management Consulting for the global Public Service Operating Group, and most recently as Chief Operating Officer.
Ed Meehan is Chief Operating Officer of Accenture Federal Services, and he oversees all operations of Accenture's federal business. Previously, he served as Safety and Citizen Services portfolio lead, where he focused on helping homeland security, law enforcement and first-response agencies achieve strategic and operational goals for critical public safety objectives, as well as supporting education and commerce missions. He also served as Civilian portfolio lead and Sales lead, responsible for more than $1 billion in sales. In these roles, Meehan helped drive market-leading growth while bringing new capabilities, innovative approaches, and commercial practices to federal clients to advance their missions, increase value, and achieve better outcomes.
Dominic Delmolino is the Chief Technology Officer at Accenture Federal Services. He is responsible for the oversight, strategy and definition of Accenture Federal Services technical offerings. In his career, Delmolino has assisted clients in the application of leading edge data management and software development productivity solutions, with a specialization in Oracle knowledge that had him named Oracle ACE by Oracle Corporation in 2013. He has worked with large government agencies to design database architecture, directed the development and deployment of sales and customer database software, and managed a database R&D establishment.
Elaine Beeman leads Accenture's programs supporting Federal Civilian agencies and quasi-governmental enterprises to achieve their strategic, operational and technology goals for mission critical operations. Her diverse portfolio of clients includes USPS, Amtrak, GSA, OPM, HHS/CMS, SSA, Treasury, IRS, SEC, FDIC, Interior, USDA, United Nations, IDB and Federal Not-for-Profits. As the portfolio lead, she oversees development and implementation of new business solutions that enable clients to collaborate across federal, state, local and commercial markets to better serve American citizens.
Matt Warren is the Safety and Citizen Services Portfolio lead for Accenture Federal Services. He leads Accenture's work in helping homeland security, law enforcement and first-response agencies achieve strategic and operational goals for critical public safety objectives as well as supporting mission-critical education and commerce missions. His diverse portfolio includes the US Departments of Homeland Security, State, Energy, Justice, Commerce, and Education.
Matt Tait is the Defense Portfolio Lead for Accenture Federal Services, serving U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and intelligence agencies. Most recently he served as the lead for the Finance, Health and Transportation family of accounts in Accenture's Civilian Portfolio.
Tom Greiner joined Accenture in 1988 and is now the managing director responsible for Accenture Federal Service’s technology capabilities. In this role, he oversees the solution development and delivery of Accenture Federal Service’s technology-related programs across the federal system integration, technology consulting, application management and IT infrastructure space. This requires oversight of a 4,000-person practice area and coordination with Accenture’s North America and Industry groups to bring leading practices to clients. He also has extensive experience in directing large scale, public sector transformation programs.
Paul Peck is the Operations Growth Platform lead for Accenture Federal Services. In this role, he guides the Operations business practice to uphold our trademark delivery excellence and develop capabilities that address the changing needs of US federal clients. He also serves as lead of the Citizen Services family within the Safety & Citizen Services portfolio for Accenture Federal Services.
Ira Entis is the managing director for Strategic Solutions and Emerging Technologies at Accenture Federal Services, which includes developing and driving our Horizontals program, our emerging capability areas and our alliances program. Prior to joining Accenture Federal Services, he was Agilex’ Chief Growth Officer, where he was responsible for strategic planning, market development and pipeline management, along with leading the Intel and Government Services Sectors, and co-founding the company’s Advanced Technologies Group (ATG).
