Christine Bailey is the Chief Financial Officer of Accenture Federal Services. She is responsible for leading all financial management and compliance activities of this wholly-owned government contracting subsidiary which serves clients across all sectors of the US federal government—defense, intel, public safety, health, and civilian.
Bailey has been an integral partner in helping advance Accenture Federal Services’ business strategy and growth agenda in close collaboration with the chief executive, chief operating officer, and the federal leadership team. She has helped shape the company’s organic and inorganic growth strategy of pursuing differentiation and leadership in next-generation technologies and operating models and acquiring emerging, best-in-class companies in digital, cloud, and cyber security.
Chris Bjornson is the CIO of Accenture Federal Services, overseeing internal IT strategy, planning, applications, infrastructure, security and services supporting Accenture’s work with a broad range of clients within the federal government, including defense, intelligence, and public safety agencies.
A seasoned senior executive in the Information Technology space, with 23 years of service with Accenture working with Fortune 500 companies, Bjornson has directed complex global programs for some of the world’s largest companies and federal agencies.
Brian Prioletti is Chief Security Officer for Accenture Federal Services, providing exceptional leadership built from years as a senior executive in the Department of Defense and across key elements of the national intelligence community. Before joining Accenture Federal Services, Prioletti served as Assistant Director, Special Security Directorate for the Office of National Intelligence. He’s also served as Group Chief within the Office of Security at the Central Intelligence Agency.
Nicole Dean is the Chief Information Security Officer for Accenture Federal Services. She leads two critical missions: protecting its internal information, and working with account leads to securely implement their programs and safeguard client data. Dean is no stranger to critical federal missions. She served as a Russian linguist in the Army and as lead IT communications coordinator for the Space Shuttle Columbia recovery effort in 2003. In addition, she started up the cyber organization at the Department of Homeland Security, building it into a $1 billion enterprise with 350 federal employees and 2,000 contractors in just four years.
Michael M. Fox is Managing Director and Federal Sales Lead for Accenture Federal Services, responsible for creating the sales vision and strategy for the entire Accenture Federal Services organization. Fox brings more than 30 years of experience in developing and providing large-scale information technology and digital transformation services and solutions across the full Public Sector spectrum. Fox has an MBA from Northeastern University and a BA in Mathematics from the University of Rochester, and is an active member of INSA, PSC, and ACT IAC.
John Harllee is Managing Director, Growth & Strategy for Accenture Federal Services. In this role, he is responsible for shaping and directing marketplace strategy and positioning, centered on both organic and external growth opportunities. Harllee previously served as COO for the organization’s Military Health group and as client account lead for Veterans Affairs. After graduating from the University of Michigan, Harllee earned his law degree from the University of Virginia. His extensive management background includes senior legal and operational leadership roles at Agilex, Oracle, Netscape and America Online.
Molly Ketcham is Managing Director, Strategic Planning & Business Operations for Accenture Federal Services. In this senior leadership role, she delivers executive programs and initiatives that broadly support Accenture Federal Services’ business strategy. Her professional background centers on high-level change management strategy and practices, with an emphasis on strategic design, implementation of large-scale communications plans and organizational alignment solutions. A graduate of the University of Virginia, Ketcham lives in Arlington, Va. and serves on the DC Metro Leadership Council as a liaison between Accenture and local market organizations.
John Fraser serves as the President of ASM Research working to deliver extended Business Processing Services (BPS) to new clients across the federal market. Prior to that, Fraser served as Executive Vice President.
Fraser joined ASM Research in 1986 and has served in several leadership positions, including Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and President from 2012 until 2013, when Accenture Federal Services acquired ASM Research. Prior to that, he was the Senior Program Manager for the Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS), ASM Research’s largest and longest-standing client. Fraser is an Army veteran, and he brings more than 25 years of strategic leadership, client management, growth and operations, and workforce management experience to his role.
George McKenzie is managing director and cyber practice lead for Accenture Federal Services. In this role, he is spearheading development and integration of advanced security capabilities—including intelligent cyber defense, adversary simulation, managed security services, and managed detection and response. In addition to delivering Accenture’s cyber services, McKenzie and his team ensure that security is a fundamental part of other Accenture services and solutions.
George Batsakis is the Defense Portfolio Lead at Accenture Federal Services, serving the U.S. Department of Defense and intelligence agencies as a technology expert who focuses on bringing these capabilities to market and translating Accenture’s expertise in the defense marketspace. Previously, Batsakis was Chief Growth Officer for CSRA; executive vice president for SRA International’s National Security Group; and an operating unit vice president leading business development activities at Northrop Grumman. Prior to that, he held positions in information technology at Electronic Data Systems (EDS) and Teledyne Industries, Inc. He possesses more than 20 years of government-related systems development and life cycle management experience. He has led large-scale information technology programs and managed diverse project portfolios that have enhanced his understanding of the complex mission-critical needs of the Department of Defense, the Intelligence community and civilian agency environments.
Nigel Stephens serves as the Director of Government Relations overseeing all aspects of Accenture Federal Services’ government relations program -- strategic direction, brand awareness, policy and advocacy. With more than 20 years of experience in private business, with political campaigns and on Capitol Hill, Stephens is a key and influential leader with federal regulatory agencies, Congress, and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Among his many civic leadership roles, he serves on the Board of Directors of the non-profit SCORE, a national partner to the U.S. Small Business Administration. Stephens has a Master’s degree in Political Management from George Washington University.
