As CEO of Kurt Salmon, Brooks brings more than 20 years of experience in the retail and consumer products industry. He was the lead for the firm’s prestigious Global Retail and Consumer Group and has extensive experience driving growth and margin improvement through merchandising strategy and optimization, organizational transformation, assortment and inventory optimization, and system design and implementation. In 2009, Brooks was named Consulting Magazine’s Top 25 Consultants for Client Service. Brooks is based in Baltimore, Maryland.

As chief operating officer and the managing partner for the Asia Pacific business of Kurt Salmon, Madison’s 20 years of client work is focused on providing retail and consumer companies with strategic planning, organizational design, consumer insights and merchandising process improvement services. Prior to Kurt Salmon, Madison was president of Stride Rite, a vertically integrated manufacturer, marketer and retailer of high-end children’s footwear and accessories. He is currently on the board of the Association of Management Consulting Firms (AMCF). Madison is based in Boston, MA.
