Chief Information Officer

Tony Leraris is Accenture’s Chief Information Officer responsible for Accenture’s enterprise technology, including strategy and planning, governance, applications, infrastructure, services, and an increasing amount of the technology we use to serve our clients. He is also the Office Managing Director for Accenture’s Indianapolis office, championing local market engagement and community partnerships. Tony is a member of Accenture’s Global Management Committee.

Tony has spent over 30 years working in IT at Accenture and prior to this role he led Accenture’s Infrastructure Shared Services organization, overseeing global operations including service desk support, network services, and shared technology tools.

As CIO, his mission is to fuel Accenture’s reinvention through technology that’s secure by design and AI-powered at its core. Tony believes that our people are at the center of everything that we do and are what make us Accenture’s first, best credential. He understands we are driven by our people as reinventors to reimagine processes, deliver excellence, and develop Customer Zero offerings.

As a senior executive, he sponsors initiatives that connect people and technology to solve real-world challenges for Accenture and our clients. Tony is a strong advocate for reinvention through innovation, collaboration, and professional development across global teams. His leadership philosophy centers on empowering others, driving meaningful impact, and cultivating a culture of excellence that reflects the values of the broader business community.

In the Age of AI, this evolution enhances our ability to be the reinvention partner of choice for our clients and the technology ecosystem, helping us capture the massive opportunity ahead. Our ambition is to be the most AI-enabled, client-focused, great place to work for reinventors in the world.

Beyond his professional role, Tony has been deeply involved with the Northside Soccer Club for over 20 years, serving as a coach, board member, and president. The club provides affordable soccer opportunities for children in the Indianapolis area. He also actively supports community initiatives focused on urban sustainability, food security, and STEM education for youth—efforts that build local resilience and nurture future talent in alignment with corporate social responsibility.
