Collaborating with Gavi

Gavi , the Vaccine Alliance is a public-private partnership that helps vaccinate children against deadly and debilitating infectious diseases. Since its inception, Gavi helped vaccinate more than 1.1 billion children in lower-income countries, preventing more than 18.8 million future deaths. Through intensive research and consultations with internal and external disease and modelling experts, we supported Gavi to review and improve its demand forecast for vaccines for tuberculosis, dengue, Shigella and Group B streptococcus.

Helping Cavex

We helped Cavex carbon exchange align their value proposition with the needs of their target buyers in the voluntary carbon market. Cavex supports microprojects in Eastern Africa by mobilizing finance through data-backed credits on a technology platform with a digital measurement, reporting, and verification (MRV) system. This approach helps ensure that 90% of the funds are directed back to developers of the microprojects. We leveraged Accenture's network to conduct interviews with buyers to better understand their needs and demonstrate the platform to receive real-time feedback. Using these buyer insights alongside market research, we helped the client better tailor its value proposition for target buyers.

Partnering with Save the Children

Accenture supported Save the Children by creating a new global fundraising mechanism and public campaign aimed at generating income to enable fast, local responses when crisis occur. The Children’s Emergency Fund has now raised more than $300 million, helping more than 40 million children and families across 12 countries.

Gen AI for the Global Goals

With only 17% of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) on track, it is imperative for the private sector to take advantage of technologies like Gen AI to accelerate progress.
