WHO WE ARE

Stephanie is a managing director in Accenture Consulting based in Chicago. She leads the HR and talent group in Accenture’s North America oil and gas practice. Stephanie has been with Accenture for over 15 years leading and supporting transformation programs for clients in the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia Pacific. She has experience working with upstream, downstream and midstream clients across both the front and back offices. Stephanie has played leadership roles in a variety of transformation programs focusing on the areas of HR and talent, integrated workforce planning (employee and contractors), learning, strategic culture change, operating model design and design and implementation of complex change programs, including merger and acquisitions.

Aleek Datta is a managing director in Accenture Strategy and specializes in helping oil and gas companies improve performance and reduce costs through strategy, organization and business transformation enhancements. He collaborates with clients on global transformation and re-organization projects to help drive integrity, effectiveness, efficiency and productivity advances. Aleek holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business and a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University. Aleek is based in Houston, Texas.

Brendan Daly is a senior manager in Accenture Consulting focused on leading talent and organization initiatives in the chemical, oil and gas and utilities industries. Brendan has deep experience driving transformational programs in both our client's front and back offices. He specifically concentrates on architecting and delivering sustainable HR and talent solutions ranging from large-scale HR transformations, talent analytics, and field-based contractor management solutions. He graduated with honors from Georgetown University in Washington, DC with a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service, majoring in Science, Technology and International Affairs.

David Snell is a managing director and the SAP talent and HR capability lead for Accenture's North American oil and gas, chemicals and utilities practices with responsibility for SuccessFactors, FieldGlass, Concur and SAP HCM. David is based in Houston and serves on the Board of Houston Minority Supplier Development Council (HMSDC). He holds a Bachelor of Arts with honors in Management Science and Computing from the University of Kentucky.

Marc is a senior manager in Accenture's Technology Consulting practice. Marc has 17 years of experience working with utilities and oil and gas companies supporting HCM, payroll, ERP and work management systems. His experience has focused on HR, time and attendance, payroll, merger integration and business process improvement initiatives.
