ACCENTURE CREDIT SERVICES LEADERSHIP TEAM
As the lead for Accenture Credit Services, Mike is responsible for Accenture’s residential and commercial mortgage Business Process Services business. In a career spanning four decades, Mike has focused on manufacturing and software, particularly in the mortgage industry, applying technology to complex challenges in one of the more dynamic financial service arenas. With the founding of Mortgage Cadence in 1999 he set about developing an entirely new breed of comprehensive technologies for the mortgage origination industry, creatively applying rules-driven workflow to systematically simplify processes, decrease cycle times and enforce adherence to business policy in the pursuit of higher quality mortgage loans at increased profit margins. Mortgage Cadence successfully became part of Accenture in 2013, when Mike continued to serve as Accenture Mortgage Cadence’s CEO as a managing director of the firm. Mike became president of Accenture Software in August 2014, where he leads the organization’s global business operations.
Colette Prior is a managing director in Accenture's Credit Services division and is responsible for the division's global commercial credit practice. This team provides analytical and support services, including loan origination, underwriting capabilities, credit risk management functions and loan servicing support across multiple commercial asset classes. In addition, this team provides lease administration, CRE accounting services and fund accounting. She has over more than 20 years of experience in the commercial credit and real estate industry. Prior to joining Accenture, Colette was vice president of CMBS Portfolio Management at JPMorgan Chase. As head of the CMBS Portfolio Management division she was responsible for the structuring and risk management of the firm's commercial loan portfolio and for Rating Agency, Investor and securitization due-diligence. Colette is an active member of trade organizations and has focused on driving consistency and data integrity within the credit industry.
