You joined Accenture recently and belong to a country with access to myCorporateCitizenship
You belong to a country with no access to myCorporateCitizenship
Your people key or Enterprise ID was changed recently
For case 1 and 3, you will get the access automatically after next round of user information batch update (myCorporateCitizenship will update users information in the middle and at the end of each month).
