Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Digital Solutions: Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end customer technology solutions that align with business objectives, focusing on enhancing customer experiences, driving growth, and optimising operational efficiency.
- Growth-Oriented Technology Translation: Translate new customer-facing solutions into technology architecture impacts, ensuring that technological advancements are aligned with business growth strategies.
- Future Conceptual Architecture: Shape the future conceptual architecture by anticipating and integrating emerging technologies that enable new business opportunities and customer solutions while ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Business & Technology Integration: Bridge the gap between business opportunities and technology implications by understanding the broader business context and aligning technology strategies to support growth.
- Technology Integration: Lead and oversee the integration of customer-facing technologies, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and customer service tools into existing systems and infrastructure, ensuring seamless interoperability.
- Identifying Business Opportunities: Proactively identify new growth, experience, or efficiency business opportunities by staying attuned to the latest technology trends and innovations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with Growth Strategists, Customer Strategists, and other key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions for digital projects.
- Technical Leadership: Provide thought leadership and technical guidance to development teams, ensuring that all customer tech solutions are scalable, secure, and future-proof.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending and implementing innovative solutions to keep our clients at the forefront of customer experience and growth. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the digital architecture team.
- Project Oversight: Lead the technical aspects of project delivery, from initial scoping through to implementation, ensuring timely and successful project completion and manage and mitigate risks associated with digital solution implementations.
Skills Required:
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of customer-facing technologies, including CRM, CX platforms, digital marketing tools, and omnichannel solutions. Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), AI & GenAI, microservices architecture, API management, and DevOps practices.
- Cloud Native and Legacy Solutions: Working knowledge of Cloud Native and Legacy solutions including benefits, costs, and pitfalls of the various approaches.
- Leadership: Experience in taking projects from concept to implementation using both Iterative Waterfall and Agile as well as most critical aspects of Project & Programme Management in order to contribute in the leadership of projects.
- Architectural Skills: Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman), and experience in designing scalable and secure digital solutions. Proven experience in designing and architecting complex customer technology solutions with a focus on scalability, performance, and business growth.
- Growth Mindset: Strong ability to translate new customer-facing solutions into technology architecture impacts and shape future conceptual architecture to support business expansion.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes and the ability to align digital solutions with business objectives. A solid grasp of business principles, enabling you to connect business opportunities with technology implications.
- Technology Trend Awareness: Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, blockchain, and their applications in digital solutions. A keen understanding of emerging technology trends and the ability to leverage them to identify new growth, experience, or efficiency business opportunities.
- Integration Skills: Strong experience in system integration, API management, and data flow design between various customer tech platforms.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Communication: Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and C-suite level.
Must Have Experience:
- Consulting Experience: 10+ years of experience in a digital solutions architect role with a focus on digital transformation projects in a consulting environment or a similar industry.
- Project Delivery: Demonstrated experience leading the delivery of complex digital projects from concept to implementation, with a focus on growth and efficiency.
- Industry Knowledge: Insurance, Telco, Deep understanding of customer experience management and associated technologies across various industries, with an emphasis on driving growth through technology.
