THE WORK: You will be joining an exciting team where you are expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience. You will have the opportunity to showcase your influencing and advisory skills as you engage with multiple teams and make important team decisions. Your expertise will be crucial in providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, as well as solving business area problems. Lead complex, cross-functional engagements and drive client expansion in the customer area of the client
Define and sell solutions aligned to client's business objectives
Build and lead teams that combine capabilities and working models (consulting, operations, agency) to successfully deliver solutions
Address delivery challenges to achieve service level agreements and improve client satisfaction
Build relationships across the C-suite acting as account manager and strategic business advisor, having a deep understanding of client's industry challenges in the customer space
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Master proficiency in Account Management
Master proficiency in Account Sales Planning
A minimum of 12 years of experience in relevant related skills
Bachelor's Degree
