Job Description
- Understand business and talent strategy, translate it into challenges and opportunities for leaders to grow.
- Shape and build leadership development framework for all career level leaders
- Design and implement Leadership Development curriculum and programs to achieve talent strategy and strengthen leadership pipeline
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key business stakeholders
- Partner with the Learning Business Partners and leadership to understand business objectives and collaboratively define the learning strategy so that skills, knowledge and behavior requirements are addressed in the Learning Programmes.
- Custodian for BBBEE SD Score card, responsible for strategy development and implementation .
- Partner with the global leadership development team and business teams to realise the development, customization, and sourcing of content to shape the learning and development programs in an agile approach (leveraging Accenture global solutions and other vendors as appropriate)
- Connect performance management, succession planning with development solutions to support talent management requirement
- Develop proper communications with various stakeholders and learners when initiating and managing learning programs, in both written format and meeting facilitation
- Work with Accenture Learning, Subject Matter Experts, Services, Global HR and external vendors to ensure that certification programs are developed, implemented and supported efficiently to align with Accenture's skill certification strategy
