The role is required to work with clients to assess current state processes and tools, identify ServiceNow platform solution options, define ServiceNow solution requirements, determine and define integration requirements, and develop architecture and implementation plans.

As the ServiceNow platform has a broad spectrum of components, you will work with most Service Management areas, methodologies as well as cutting-edge technologies like ITSM, ESM, ITOM, Machine Learning, DevOps and AI.

Key Deliverables

  • Lead for delivering the architectural design
  • Provide expert level support and technical mentoring to implementation team
  • Maintain deep, comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow’s capabilities and constraints. Recognize and develop opportunities to leverage ServiceNow as a platform.
  • Responsible for managing the delivery of the projects
  • Delivers exceptional client service. Maximizes results and drives high performance from people while fostering collaboration across businesses and geographies.
  • Develop and present business case material for senior prospect and customer stakeholders. Create and deliver tailored presentations and demonstrations
  • Responding to Request for Information/Proposal documents
  • Develop high-performing teams through challenging and meaningful opportunities and recognize them for the impact that they make.


Qualifications

PLATFORM

  • More than 10+ years of total experience in the IT industry
  • More than 8+ years of relevant ServiceNow platform experience
  • Background and deep experience with ServiceNow is mandatory.
  • Should have a deep understanding of services offered on ServiceNow platforms and understand how to use them together to build complex solutions
  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork
  • Experience of managing the delivery of the multiple ServiceNow projects
  • Creative, client focused and mindset to deliver value to our clients
  • Ability to work under pressure and work on multiple campaigns at the same time
  • Experience in Service Management (ITIL, IT4IT)
  • Experience with Project management (Waterfall, Agile)
  • Promote ServiceNow internally to sales and delivery teams to drive growth
  • A minimum completed bachelor’s degree in the areas of Business or IT
  • Team player with strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills

Certifications (Good To Have)

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist-ITSM
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • Micro Certification - Agent Intelligence,
  • Micro Certification - Virtual Agent
