1: Responsibilities* (This field is Mandatory. To be restricted to 5 crisp points) 

Lead intelligent client conversations to drive Enterprise Transformation enabled by SAP Platforms & drive client conversations on Value/Business case for Enterprise Transformation programs. 

Lead SAP Solution development and Client Presentations during pre-sales process to help Client make decision on SAP transformation programs and solution options of core SAP and allied Systems. 

Lead and guide client conversations on SAP and competitor SAP platforms to help Client make decisions on SAP transformation initiatives suited to industry, geography, and client context. 

Lead Value Realization work stream and drive tangible and intangible value outcomes during and after an ERP/Enterprise transformation program. 

Should Have a good understanding of integration within SAP as well as its surrounding Non-SAP/ecosystems 

Lead Knowledge Sharing and Training sessions for Practice Capability Development within Accenture Platform teams. Develop assets, accelerators in ERP Platform space to take to market for business development. 

2: Technical Experience* (This field is Mandatory. To be restricted to 5 crisp points) 

Has worked with leading global clients to develop and execute solutioning, system design, blueprinting, proof of concepts, data modeling, etc. of Finance technology solutions in Business Planning & Consolidation, SAC Planning & Analytics 

Highly skilled in building solution including but not limited to the following: 

Define and Execute finance architecture for the fortune 100 clients. 

Define Technical Approach & Methodology, rightly mapped solution to customer requirements, define execution roadmap. 

Ability to define the roadmap for Mergers & Acquisitions 

Expand and mentor a team of highly qualified finance architects 

Knowledge of integration with other core areas like supply chain, sales, materials. 

Has good exposure of multiple Accounting Standards like US GAAP, IFRS etc & is also aware of localization requirements in multiple countries. 

Detail oriented, ability to drill down into tasks and root causes. Ability to guide teams through complexity, ambiguity, and uncertainty. 

Good understanding of Industry business processes – Finance, Energy, Chemical, Life Sciences, CPG, Retail, Banking (2-3 industries) 

3: Professional Experience* (This field is Mandatory. To be restricted to 5 crisp points) 

15+ Years’ experience, at least 9 years in SAP Finance 

Worked on a minimum of 5+ large / complex deals each in the range of $2m+ in last 3 years 

Experience in working on large SAP S/4 HANA Finance transformation projects 

Stakeholder management (Onsite/Offshore) with experience to work with global clients 

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

3: Educational Qualification  

  • Education: CA, CMA, MBA - Finance 

  • PG MBA, M.Com 

  • Undergraduate degree in finance / commerce / engineering 

  • S4 HANA certification will be a added advantage
