Work with industry and GM sales enablement to ensure industry solutions marketing assets are GM ready and marketing’s role in GMT is on point.
Produce relevant reports and presentations related to the GM industry differentiation.
Pilot education to activate program in collaboration with ABM accounts or at Strategy and Consulting level.
Be open to testing and embedding new client engagement strategies that are shared by our teams in North America and Europe.
Industry Network internal engagement
Evolve a senior multi audience engagement plan to allow the Industry network to communicate an influence conversation.
Work closely with the people engagement team for a collaborative approach
Tactics could include, email, newsletter articles, Yammer feed, internal workshops/events
Champion Industry QT training program in the GM
Work with GM Associate Manager on delivery, ideation, and reporting.
Industry GM community
Manage a multi audience engagement plan with GM CSG/ABM and relevant individuals
Work closely with the ABM GM team for a collaborative approach
Tactics could include, email, newsletter articles, Yammer feed, campaign support sessions.
Report back quarterly on the progress of behavioral, cultural, and activation changes. Highlighting the best of the best.
Data and Insights
Working with a variety of colleagues you will lead the charge on how we measure our impact for the GM and as a team.
Produce quarterly reports for leadership to track progress
Diving into data sources to provide insights that help us test, learn and outperform ourselves.
Design the best way to showcase our best-in-class results
GM industry Advocate
Work with GM colleagues (campaign, S&C, etc) to help infuse industry and act as POC with the global industry team.
Build and manage a GM SME lists for your industries
Look for opportunities for GM SMEs to be included in global content.
