SEO Lead
As SEO Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for driving strategic direction, executional excellence, and measurable outcomes across all areas of organic search. You’ll guide a small team of SEO specialists while also rolling up your sleeves to deliver best-in-class technical, on-page, and off-page SEO solutions that align with client objectives and broader performance marketing goals.
You’ll play a key role in integrating SEO within the digital ecosystem - working closely with UX, content, analytics, CRO, and media teams to ensure search efforts are insight-led, impactful, and future-fit. With a firm grasp on algorithm updates, EEAT principles, and search trends, you’ll shape the roadmap and steer the team toward consistent growth and innovation.
This is a hands-on leadership role at the centre of evolving our SEO capability and product offering. You’ll take ownership of the quality, consistency, and performance of all SEO outputs - ensuring delivery is grounded in strategic insight and aligned to measurable outcomes. If you’re motivated by building and optimising a capability that delivers real client value, this role gives you both the autonomy and influence to do so.
