Client Account Mgmt Associate

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to support our team in managing client relationships and executing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating projects, maintaining client communications, and ensuring the seamless delivery of services. Key responsibilities:
Client support: Assist the account management team in day-to-day client communications, addressing inquiries, and providing timely updates.
Project coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects align with client expectations and are delivered on schedule
Administrative tasks: Manage documentation, prepare reports, and maintain organized records of client interactions and project details.
Meeting participation: Attend client and internal meetings, taking detailed notes and disseminating action items to relevant parties
Quality Assurance: Review deliverables for accuracy and quality before they are shared with clients
Billing support: Assist in preparing cost estimates and sharing them with clients

Qualifications
Tertiary Qualification in Marketing, Communications or Business
Previous experience or internships in a marketing or agency environment is advantageous
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Excellent organizational abilities with keen attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paces environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
