Job Description

THE WORK: Join us in shaping the future of customer experience design. As an expert in Customer Experience Design, you will collaborate, manage teams, and contribute to key decisions. Engage with multiple teams to provide innovative solutions and drive success across various projects. Let's create exceptional experiences together! Manage the visual design effort and development of materials for visual design strategy. Define functional and technical usability requirements with developers and technical architects. Develop / Design and support the technical user interface style inventory. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Expert proficiency in Customer Experience Design. Expert proficiency in User Interface (UI) Design. A minimum of 4 years of experience in relevant related skills. Assoc. Degree/College Diploma in relevant field of studies BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Expert proficiency in Organizational Strategy Expert proficiency in Usability Design Expert proficiency in User Interface Usability Test & Tools Expert proficiency in User Research
