Job Description
The Business Unit Director / Business Unit Head’s role is to lead, inspire, set direction and drive their account management business unit to provide extraordinary account management service and add real value to the clients’ business.
Managing the delivery of exceptional creative product that meets or exceeds the clients’ business targets within the defined integrated strategic approach.
To ensure optimum deployment of integrated 360 degree communication, facilitate problem solving, monitor the health of the clients’ business within the agency, deliver bottom line client profitability and grow the clients’ business within the agency.
Qualifications
Qualification/Experience/Skill:
Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing or Communications
Proficient in Office 365 (i.e. MS Teams/SharePoint/Outlook/Excel etc.)
Minimum 8 years' experience in Client Service in an Advertising Agency
Well versed in Digital
A good command of the English language (both verbal and written)
Strong presentation skills
Strong people management skills
Strong negotiating and numerical skills
