Job Description

PURPOSE OF JOB:

To lead our employee development initiatives through hosting creative training events and educational programs.

MAIN ACTIVITIES / TASKS:


Registration of learners on MyLearning 
Ensuring that the learners are registered on STT.
Scheduling and coordination of training interventions.
Booking training rooms, and training resources.
Preparation of attendance registers and training/facilitator evaluation forms.
Arranging printing and collection of learning material
Collating and packing of training material/supporting documentation in preparation for facilitator training. 
Liaising with facilitators to compile training workplan, diarizing of training sessions, provide material and presentations to facilitator, arrange collection of learning material and supporting documentation.
Updating of learner data on the Learner Management System.
Coordinating of training/learning interventions held on-site, which includes catering, setup and layout of training rooms. In addition, welcoming learners and facilitating the New Joiner Orientation presentation.  
Managing all collections and deliveries i.e. learning material to venue, learner assessments, post, etc.
Submission and updating of the WSP/ATR
Preparation and administration of the Study Assistance Process.
Assist with the administration and submission of the BBBEE scorecard.
Must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels.
Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, and team environment

Qualifications

COMPETENCES AND EXPERIENCE:

Attention to detail
Communication and influence
Performance focus
Planning and organizing
Problem solving
Analytic thinking
Proficiency in Word / Excel / PowerPoint
Must be a self-motivator and self-starter 
Sound understanding of Accenture Services/SA functioning

EDUCATION:

Grade 12
Facilitation Certification would be an advantage
1-year experience in a similar environment will be an advantage
