Act as a Digital Scrum Master with project management experience and background, responsible for the end to end delivery of digital projects. The role may require application of traditional project management approaches depending on client requirements. 


The role of the Digital Scrum Master has the following job objectives:

  • Ability to play multiple roles either as a Digital Scrum Master on Agile scrum teams or can be flexible to play the role of project management in a traditional project environment depending on the need
  • Represents management to the project
  • Responsible for enacting scrum values and practices
  • Removes impediments
  • Enable close cooperation across all roles and functions. This will include creative and technical teams.
  • Shield the team from external interferences
  • Project management of internal project teams or consulting at a client environment playing the role of project manager managing scope, cost, Timescale, quality, risk, benefits and Implementing and adhering to client’s governance requirements
  • Project management

 This role will interact with the following parties:

  • Technical development teams
  • Creative design and content teams
  • Technology enablement management 
  • Clients and stakeholders at various levels
  • Business capabilities


- Either:

  • Scrum Alliance – Certified Scrum Professional
  • Scrum Alliance – Certified Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Product Owner
  • PMI-Agile Certified Practitioners (ACP)


  • Exposure to work within the governance structures of a large corporate will be an advantage
  • Consulting experience in a DIGITAL environment is a must
  • Experience with the implementation of Scrum in an organisation will be an advantage
