Kgomotso Lebele leads the Technology practice for Accenture in Africa. He guides Accenture’s multi-disciplinary teams helping organisations transform, implement resilient modern architecture, and put in place and run applications and intelligent operating models to drive business reinvention, renewal and growth. He is recognised for his insight into technology, operations and business transformation, his ability to unlock business value, and his focus on delivery excellence.
Kgomotso has over 17 years’ consulting experience. He has worked across the public sector, mining, utilities, consumer goods industries and financial services industries, with successful large-scale digital and transformation deployments on six continents in countries such as South Africa, Botswana, Brazil, Chile, India, UK, Australia and the United States.
Before taking on this role, Kgomotso led growth and sales for Accenture’s Resources and Health & Public Service groups across South Africa, and was client account lead at key clients for the wider Accenture group. He also has a strong background in enterprise solution design, management and delivery.
Kgomotso is passionate about developing and leading talent. He is a member of the Accenture Africa Market Unit Exco team and a Mental Matters wellness executive sponsor.
He has a Bachelor of Science Degree (BSc) and a Master of Information Technology (MIT) from the University of the Witwatersrand and University of Pretoria, respectively.
