Amantha Naidoo brings 16 years of strategy and consulting experience to her management of the provision of key resources to power Accenture’s business and people, supporting them to deliver exceptional services to clients across Africa.
Her primary focus is on leading the Africa Geographic Services team in seamlessly delivering first-class, proactive support across all aspects of services and facilities, such as real estate, procurement, technology/information security and global mobility to Accenture’s business teams across the region.
Amantha has had extensive success in initiating and implementing strategic, core and operations transformations across the financial services industry. These include omni-channel distribution and marketing interventions, operating model and business architecture design and, most recently, supporting the set-up of native digital businesses in South Africa.
She has an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Witwatersrand
