By implementing the blueprint and solution in an aggressive timeframe of just three months, Accenture has equipped Orkla with EPM capabilities in advance of the 2015 financial year. With its research and experience- based practices, assets and solutions, Accenture helped the client strengthen its strategic and operational planning and execution. This is expected to help the client reach its defined objectives for revenue growth, market share and value creation in the short to medium term.
