Delivering mobile learning to more than 270,000 users to date, with a course completion rate of 100 percent.

Accenture helped a leading Asian insurer evolve to a mobile digital model for learning, developing new expertise in over 900,000 employees and agents as the company transforms to take on new sectors.

SOLUTION

Working with the insurer’s teams, Accenture created a high-level design of the future educational institution, and an implementation roadmap for its strategy. The project teams coached the client team to design and develop 30 mobile courses. They launched on a mobile learning platform with over 200,000 users, gathering significant experience in locally effective instructional design, and the most effective aspects of mobile courses for the insurer's needs.

RESULTS

Implementing lessons learned from the pilot, the client has now launched nearly 900 mobile courses on the learning platform, delivering learning to more than 270,000 users to date, with a course completion rate of 100 percent.

The project has transformed approaches to learning throughout the company, away from traditional classroom training to a more mobile and modular approach that is central to establishing and maintaining leadership in industry learning practices.
