The client is a leading provider of high tech equipment and related services and employs approximately 1,000 field technicians in Germany. The organization had enterprise-to-enterprise dispatch responsibility with a proprietary dispatching system in place and a lack of stringent processes. This resulted in limited control and reduced profitability.

Solution

  • Implemented a ClickSoftware pilot including back-end integration based on a global template for roll-outs in additional countries.
