The new Web-based workbench offers a modern, powerful user interface which is based on the SAP HR Renewal design. With the help of new and extended exception classes, you can enlarge your rule catalog and further increase the quality of your HR data.
New reporting functionality: validate the results of an audit run on a secure SAP cloud platform without downloading any data. Filters help to analyze exception records quickly.
New rule types: identify relationships in manager hierarchies and verify that you have the right number of records assigned to each employee.
Search functionality: this has been extended.
Web Dynpro applications are now available in a modern, more user-friendly design
The Employee Self-Service application has been updated to run on HTML5
Template managers, using the Word-Add-In, now have a preview capability securely integrated into Word
Automatically insert data from SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting into documents such as employment contracts or offer letters.
Copy of German specific tables
German specific tables of UV Meldeverfahren can now be copied.
Enhancement of anonymization set
Cluster tables can now be anonymized in line with their related Infotype record.
Hybrid Clone (Beta version)
A copy process from Prod to Test (both in SAP SucessFactors and SAP HCM) can be triggered by Accenture Clone and Test for Cloud.
Time dependent comparison of SAP SuccessFactors data via OData
Comparison of time frames between SAP Success Factors and SAP HCM if historical records have been migrated or to validate data replication.
Migration and Comparison of Foundation Objects using OData
For comparisons and data migrations, Foundation Objects in SAP SuccessFactors can be retrieved, compared and migrated via OData.
Update of ID Mapping table for data replication
The inventory table for data replication between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP is now automatically filled.
Validate data replication based on SAP Business Integration Builder
With one click of a button you can reuse the replication rules of SAP Business Integration Builder for data comparison with DCM.
Data Comparison Manager for Workday
Comparisons of Workday and SAP HCM are now better supported due to predefined file templates.
Selection of all users
As well as selecting users by name, username, hierarchy, country, division, department, and by location you can now select all users with one click.
To avoid the visibility of sensitive data on non-productive systems, you can anonymize user names within all Anonymize actions.
Our standard anonymization set has been enriched with more scrambling rules for addresses in different countries. With this release we have defined rules for 50 different countries.
Assigning a password
For all actions, an administrator can now choose to either set a constant password or to generate a strong password for the selected users to be processed. For Anonymization in Place action you can configure the software to keep the current password of processed users.
Payment Information including Bank ID
Users can now copy and anonymize payment information, including bank IDs, an update which reflects changes in SAP SuccessFactors release 1705.
To enhance client data protection there is a new configurator role. This role enables users to perform configuration activities in the Admin Center without having access to detailed logs that potentially hold sensitive information.
Global Information of Botswana, Cambodia, El Salvador, Sri Lanka, and Uganda can now be copied and anonymized. With this update, 100 percent of all countries are supported that are available in SuccessFactors (1705).
Additionally positions of the selected users can now be copied.
Accenture HR Data Loader
Importing data from SAP SuccessFactors
If data is already available in SAP SuccessFactors, you now have the option to import data from SAP SuccessFactors for mass changes.
Every company has its own HR processes. With this release, mass changes can also be performed for customized processes.
Same as with Accenture Clone and Test for Cloud a new configurator role has been introduced. Additionally there is a new approver role available in Accenture HR Data Loader. Business Users can no longer directly perform a mass upload to SAP SuccessFactors, but need an approval first.
The updated browser-based user interface makes the everyday usage and maintenance of SAP HCM data and applications more easy—even for those unfamiliar with SAP environments.
With the new version, you can:
Maintain OM infotypes (just as in HR administration) through tabs
Maintain information on assigned jobs when creating or modifying positions
View individuals found using the search function directly in the navigation tree
Define fields for which the auto-complete function should be active and implement search details
Use an audit function to check whether all mandatory data has been maintained
As a central administrator, obtain an overview of the fields/infotypes that still need to be maintained for certain employees
