The new Web-based workbench offers a modern, powerful user interface which is based on the SAP HR Renewal design. With the help of new and extended exception classes, you can enlarge your rule catalog and further increase the quality of your HR data.
New reporting functionality: validate the results of an audit run on a secure SAP cloud platform without downloading any data. Filters help to analyze exception records quickly.
New rule types: identify relationships in manager hierarchies and verify that you have the right number of records assigned to each employee.
Search functionality: this has been extended.
Web Dynpro applications are now available in a modern, more user-friendly design
The Employee Self-Service application has been updated to run on HTML5
Template managers, using the Word-Add-In, now have a preview capability securely integrated into Word
Automatically insert data from SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting into documents such as employment contracts or offer letters.
You can now assign a condition to a paragraph or clause. This enables you to have one template with different variants which are automatically selected, for an applicant/employee depending for whom a document is created.
Color Coding facilitates visual identification of conditional clauses
Create templates and documents for offer letters and other applicant related correspondence directly from Recruiting Modules.
New features allow for handling Multiple Headers/Footers and Automatic numbering (for e.g. in Employment Contracts)
Provides functions that supports field transformation such as gender, calculations, etc.
Editing of anonymization sets has been improved by enabling you perform several actions on all rules that belong to a table, country or field in just one step.
Tighter authorization checks have been implemented.
Germany: Tables for ZfA notifications and tables for the social fund procedure (construction industry) are now supported.
Austria, Switzerland, Canada and United States: These country-specific add-ons are now included in the main software component, simplifying the installation procedure.
Copying data to another period: You can now copy data from both time management and PA infotypes, within a client from a source period to a future period. This facilitates testing in reporting, as different reports can be tested with different versions in different reporting years.
Data comparison with simulated payroll results: With new filters, you can now specifically suppress records that are not required for comparison.
Tighter authorization checks have been implemented.
Extension for SuccessFactors
New sample migration projects and import file templates (for example for the Accenture High Velocity program)
Optimized maintenance of conversion rules, for example reduction in the required clicks and additional consistency checks
Generate delta import files for migration projects
Enhancement of data collectors to more easily retrieve and convert specific table content.
We have added new entities for the copying and scrambling of data; for example, Personal Dependents. In particular, the anonymization of the "National ID" is not standard and has its own specific logic to reflect various customer needs. Thirty new countries have been added to "Global Information" and now cover more than 94 percent of all standard countries within SuccessFactors (as of SF 1511).
We now offer additional flexible rules to anonymize fields, such as for first/last names and for date fields.
With the new module Accenture HR Data Loader you can now easily perform mass changes in SAP SuccessFactors. It is designed to manage ongoing and recurring HR processes, such as promotions, new hires or terminations. With Accenture HR Data Loader, you use a single end-to-end template to gather data for a particular mass transaction, then easily load, verify and resolve issues. Processes involving employee record updates such as promotions, remuneration increases, termination or new hires are pre-configured and can be extended or adjusted to meet your needs.
Enhancing the copy and anonymize functions
With a new process monitor users can track the progress of processes that are currently running, or view the application logs of completed processes. The enhancement makes it easier to start and monitor multiple processes that are running in parallel.
Accenture Clone and Test for Cloud has introduced online help within the application. Here, users have the documentation at their fingertips that is best suited to assist them in their assigned role.
The updated browser-based user interface makes the everyday usage and maintenance of SAP HCM data and applications more easy—even for those unfamiliar with SAP environments.
With the new version, you can:
Maintain OM infotypes (just as in HR administration) through tabs
Maintain information on assigned jobs when creating or modifying positions
View individuals found using the search function directly in the navigation tree
Define fields for which the auto-complete function should be active and implement search details
Use an audit function to check whether all mandatory data has been maintained
As a central administrator, obtain an overview of the fields/infotypes that still need to be maintained for certain employees
