Patrick Lyons talks about the gap between the digital tools that life insurers provide—and what their advisors and clients are seeking.

In the first of a six-part video series, Patrick Lyons, Accenture’s North America Life Insurance Transformation Practice lead, outlines survey results from 300 financial advisors across North America, spanning newly minted advisors to seasoned veterans.

"We wanted to better understand how the industry was changing, and in what ways. What emerged was a picture of an industry undergoing foundational changes. In particular, our research revealed six key factors that are pressuring life insurance and wealth management firms to make material changes to how they do business," says Patrick.
