​Read what patients in our global patient services survey said about patient services and learn what it means for pharma companies.

Overview

We analyzed the results for the 2,000 patients we surveyed in each country to see what differences existed in their wants and needs in relationship to patient services. In many cases, the variances were small but we did find some interesting unique results by country.

United Kingdom

UK patients cited little risk of being notified that they were at risk for a condition as their greatest frustration (36%).
