This video demonstrates how police bulletins (such as important information) are created and displayed in Police Officers’ Portal pages, with the ability to reply to bulletins posted. It also demonstrates how Police Officers can access updated lists of events of interest, for example, all latest crime events that have occurred in their location.
Creating a crime event is simple and efficient in our system. In this video, we create a skeleton event, and then continue to add to it, linking suspects, victims, objects, and locations. We also show some of our other key crime-fighting and investigations functionality, such as automated task creation and MO searches, which help ensure that standard business processes are followed.
This video shows our Custody App for mobile devices. It’s designed to integrate with the desktop system, giving users the power to make updates and carry out key actions (like inspections and meals) on the go. It also allows prisoners to sign for property, and for users to use the camera to capture images of cells and prisoners.
These videos show the booking in process for a prisoner, the sharing of information between crime & custody events, and then also the completion of custody actions to look after the welfare of the prisoner. They also show our innovative whiteboard and cell map functionality and how these pages speed up the management of a custody suite.
These videos show creating, updating and closing a Missing Person event. The user clones information from an existing event, adds details of the informant, event circumstances, the missing person’s activities, system checks, sightings, searches and a Risk Assessment. These videos also show examples of the system enforcing business rules and presenting information intelligently to the user.
