Intelligence community agencies are participating in a new program called ICITE (Intelligence Community Information and Technology Enterprise) that involves standardizing the technology stack as a shared service. Listen as Tracy Iseler, from Accenture Federal Services, explains this new model—an innovative way of providing a shared service not just for the intelligence community, but across the federal government. It involves taking commercial business and financial modeling techniques as well as customer segmentation methods to meet customer needs. The aim is to get information to people at the right time all the while keeping it secure.
