Accenture is recognized as a high performer in process services 

In July 2016 HfS Research published its HfS Blueprint Report: Population Health and Care Management Business Process Services, naming Accenture to the “Winner’s Circle”—in both innovation and execution. The report recognizes Accenture’s vision for PHCM and services, quality of account management, use of intelligent automation and analytics to drive insights, investments in future talent and technology as well as use of partnerships and acquisitions.

HfS Research notes that Accenture is leading this offering by “making recognizable investments in future capabilities in talent and technology” to progress our as-a-Service delivery, and our business outcome driven Health solutions including our focus on intelligent automation and analytics.

HfS stated that “Accenture is experimenting with artificial intelligence to do text mining for medical chart review. Also, Accenture is collaborating with Automation Anywhere to adopt its AppIP technology that will be used to drive enterprise continuity with automation adapters that can update hundreds of automated tasks simultaneously.”
