EVEREST GROUP: ACCENTURE SHINES IN DIGITAL SERVICES

Accenture recognized as the “Overall Leader” and “Star Performer” in digital services, according to industry report by Everest Group

Overview

After examining 18 systems integrators with digital portfolios, Everest Group has positioned Accenture as the Overall Leader and Star Performer in its 2016 PEAK Matrix report for Digital Services. Measuring against its performance, experience, ability and knowledge (PEAK) Matrix, Everest Group recognized Accenture for its ability to tackle core business challenges at scale and drive digital transformation efforts.

Everest Group also based its conclusions on Accenture's commitment to investing in and expanding its digital service portfolio, citing acquisitions across Accenture Digital. A few recent examples include:

  • Karmarama (November 2016), one of the UK’s largest independent agencies, to create and deliver integrated customer experiences to brands in the UK and beyond.

Background

Everest Group’s PEAK Matrix framework provides an objective, data-driven assessment of digital service providers based on market success and delivery capabilities.

Service providers were classified into one of three categories: Leaders, Major Contenders and Aspirants.

The report assessed service offerings, investments, design studios and innovation as well as ecosystems, focusing on four key areas: performance, experience, ability and knowledge (PEAK).

Key Findings
