Sean Toole is a managing director in Accenture’s Health and Public Service practice, based in Atlanta, Georgia. As the Child Welfare sub-portfolio lead (a component of the Child Services Portfolio), Sean is responsible for directing the strategy and pursuit of opportunities for some of the most vulnerable citizens in the country. That includes developing solutions and strategies to support improved outcomes from intake through to placement, supporting permanency and reducing risk.
In a distinguished career spanning almost 30 years, Sean has managed significant human services transformation programs with a focus on enterprise-wide projects and unique innovations. That has included award-winning work on mobility, analytics insights and the use of private cloud solutions. Sean recently led on developing large-scale human services modernization solutions in Texas, Georgia and Kansas. These projects included the implementation of the Kansas Eligibility and Enforcement System (KEES), which brought new levels of automation and expanded access using Accenture’s benefits platform. He also led on the implementation of a new analytics solution for caseworkers in the State of Texas.
