Pallavi Verma is a senior managing director at Accenture responsible for leading the company’s business in its US Midwest region, which covers 12 states—Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota and Wisconsin.
In her role as senior managing director‒US Midwest, Verma focuses on bringing innovation to clients, attracting top talent and strengthening the company’s impact in its local communities. She also serves on Accenture’s North America Leadership Team and Global Leadership Council.
Since joining Accenture 29 years ago, Verma has concentrated on helping public-sector organizations implement complex systems and transform their back-office operations. She most recently served as a senior managing director of the State, Provincial and Local Government practice in North America, leading a team supporting state agencies, municipalities, not-for-profit entities and universities. Prior roles at Accenture included managing Quality and Risk globally for the Health and Public Service practice, overseeing the company’s Operations & Management portfolio for North America and leading the higher education practice in North America.
Verma earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She is based in Chicago.
