Michael Brombach is a manager within Accenture’s Health Strategy Practice and the thought leadership lead for Strategy’s Health Consumer Offering.
Michael has worked across some of the leading healthcare providers and health insurers in North America. He specializes in growth strategy, enterprise transformation, care model innovation, operating model design and health consumerism. He has also spent time in the federal strategy practice where he helped develop the business strategy, operating model, and governance plan for a new public health program to conduct active post-market surveillance of regulated health products.
Michael holds a patent for his work on one of Strategy’s key consumerism assets; the Consumer Capability Profile Assessment Tool. He is also the author of multiple thought leadership articles including “Fit for Tomorrow: Digital & Consumerism in to Healthcare, ” Understanding The Rising Expectations of Highly Digital Health Consumers,” “Patient Engagement: Happy Patients, Healthy Margins,” “Digital Self-Scheduling Set to Explode in to Healthcare,” and “Building a Successful Public-Private Partnership.” He has presented on these topics at several health conferences including HIMSS.
