Kristy Kinney leads analytics for Accenture Federal Services. In this role, she is responsible for developing the strategy and go to market approach facilitating the development of new assets, capabilities and offerings. Ms. Kinney provides quality assurance to federal analytic engagements and supports continued expansion with our broader analytics practice, bringing innovation and new ideas to our clients. She supports over 150 practitioners delivering and driving innovative insight applying analytic capabilities. Ms. Kinney has over 10 years of experience supporting federal agencies in defining and implementing measurable business process improvement solutions that have enabled cost effective growth, workforce efficiency and competitive advantage to agencies in their journey of becoming more efficient and effective.
Ms. Kinney currently works with various senior leaders in the federal government, account teams and offering leads to understand client demand, opportunities and growth areas for analytics within the federal space. She is deeply involved in the definition and development of Accenture’s suite of analytics solutions for federal government organizations.
Prior to joining Accenture, Ms. Kinney supported federal agencies and the Intelligence community particularly, in the areas of strategic planning, change management, process improvement, assembling/training project teams, and providing coaching and implementation support to enterprise-wide Agile software and infrastructure projects.
Ms. Kinney earned her bachelor’s degree in political science and government from Quinnipiac University and a master’s degree in Project Management from George Washington University. She enjoys engaging in outdoor activities and spending time with her husband and two young children.
