Jill Dailey is a managing director in Accenture's Health Strategy Practice. She brings over 15 years of experience consulting with clients on strategy, innovation, consumerism, organic growth, and mergers and acquisitions. Jill's experience spans national plans, Blues, Medicaid and clinics. Notably, she holds a patent for her work on one of Accenture's key assets, the Merger Integration Playbook.
Jill has led a variety of programs with managed healthcare providers, spanning digital strategy, consumer business, care management, talent strategy, innovation and new business assessment. She has also led strategic development for both a regional and a mission-driven Medicaid health plan. Jill has worked as a global business strategist for industries and companies in major transformation, combining insight, information and people to drive growth and innovation. Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, she has partnered with clients and teams in Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Mexico, France, Germany, Sub-Saharan Africa and Japan, delivering growth, product and marketing strategies.
Other areas of focus include driving a strategic research effort to define the future of healthcare through original research that includes conversations with CEOs of leading commercial and government health plans. Also, Jill is passionate about developing talent and leads the 300 person Accenture Strategy Analyst Development Program in North America.
Jill is the author of thought leadership articles including "Healthcare's Big Bang Disruption," "The Next eHealth Wave for Silver Surfers: Health Management" and "The Growth Machine: Why it Pays to Build an In-House M&A Capability." She holds a Bachelor of Science in Spanish from Georgetown University, a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from The Wharton School, and a Master of Management and International Studies from The Lauder Institute.
