JP Stephan leads Accenture’s Front Office Payer Practice, transforming the functions of customer experience, digital, product, marketing, sales and service. He is responsible for Accenture’s Consulting resources in this practice and developing Accenture’s Front Office research and thought leadership, solutions and alliances. JP has published numerous thought leadership pieces and frequently presents at industry conferences on the topic of healthcare customer engagement and experience.
JP is passionate about dramatically improving the way individuals experience health and healthcare. His experiences include more than 20 years of healthcare consumer engagement and customer relationship management. He helps clients define customer strategies, design differentiated customer experiences, select leading solutions, develop and implement advanced customer capabilities, and run digital and customer services. He has lead large customer transformations in healthcare to drive growth, loyalty and efficient operations.
JP resides in the Pittsburgh area with his wife and two boys. He is active with local and national non-profit organizations benefiting children’s causes.
