Ms. Glasmacher is managing director within Accenture Strategy. Her role focuses on helping business leaders develop and deploy growth strategies and large-scale transformation programs that enable new business models and high performance in the digital economy, using the advantages of internet of things, artificial intelligence and other digital solutions. She is specialized on design and implementation of digital ecosystems to improve the innovation infrastructure in a country or corporate entity.
Ms. Glasmacher has more than 20 years of experience in Strategic Transformation including Digital Strategies, Customer Centricity, Efficiency Programs, Sales & Marketing strategies and defining core Innovation Services to be embedded in the Operating Model.
Previously, Ms. Glasmacher led the Accenture Management Consulting Practice for the Russian Federation after working 21 years in the Austrian, Swiss and German market.
Ms. Glasmacher has a Master degree in Economics from the Universities of Muenster and Bonn, Germany and holds an MBA from the Northwestern University in Chicago.
