Glenn Davidson leads Accenture Federal Service’s work with business process outsourcing (BPO), and is responsible for the sales and delivery of managed services to all federal departments and agencies.
Prior to joining Accenture, Mr. Davidson led the public sector shared services and outsourcing advisory practices at EquaTerra and KPMG. His clients included federal, state and local governments, educational institutions, non-governmental organizations and nonprofits. He assisted these organizations in transforming their human resources, finance and accounting, procurement, information technology and customer care operations into higher performing functions.
Mr. Davidson also held a prior position within Accenture as the chief of strategy and corporate development for Accenture HR Services, responsible for market and business development. Additionally, he served as the chief of staff to former Virginia Governor L. Douglas Wilder, and as a legislative assistant to former Ohio Congressman Ronald M. Mottl.
Mr. Davidson holds a Bachelor of Arts in international relations from American University and a Master of Arts in science, technology and public policy from George Washington University. He was a founding member and former chairman of the board for the HR Outsourcing Association, former state and local government board director of TechAmerica and a member of the board of trustees for the Science Museum of Virginia.
