Finney Gilbert is a senior manager within Accenture’s health practice, where he brings roughly two decades of consulting experience working with healthcare payers, providers and capital markets. He is responsible for healthcare mergers and acquisitions consulting, where he helps organizations capitalize on sustainable opportunities for growth, transforming the ways in which people access and consume healthcare in today’s evolving landscape.
Finney specializes in defining and implementing new business models for health clients to enable top line growth. He has led large growth and transformation programs for many of the leading payer and pharmacy benefits management (PBM) companies in the United States, including merger integration planning and execution. Finney brings a deep understanding of operating models and technology to support payer and PBM businesses, and has helped payers and providers become integrated delivery systems.
Finney brings expertise in translating strategic goals and imperatives into execution. He is skilled at establishing programs, facilitating strategic decisions and setting implementation roadmaps at the enterprise level.
Finney completed his Master in Business Administration at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management; he also holds a degree in physics and a graduate degree in metallurgical engineering.
