Elaine Turville is managing director for Accenture's Human Service and Nonprofit Programs. She provides management and technology consulting to organizations such as the US Department of Agriculture, the National Science Foundation, the United Nations, and various foundations and nonprofits across the United States. Turville has worked with Accenture for over 20 years. In addition to leading the Human Services practice, she leads the Global Nonprofit Practice, helping to grow Accenture's focus on nonprofit clients globally by offering innovative technology and digital solutions.
Outside of her daily activities, she supports Accenture's local corporate citizenship program, which provides skills-based volunteering programs to small, local, community nonprofits. She was selected by Consulting magazine in 2010 with a Future Leader award, recognized as a top female leader in the technology industry by Women in Technology in 2014, and honored with a 40 under 40 award by Leadership Arlington, where she serves on the Board of Regents for the Leadership Center for Excellence.
Turville believes the nonprofit sector is not only the force holding government and commercial services together but also its true delivery arm, with the ability to have the most impact upon those with the greatest needs. She feels Accenture makes a significant impact in the sector, bringing the best commercial practices to help transform the way the world works and lives.
She holds a bachelor of science in economics from the College of William and Mary, and works from Accenture's Washington, D.C. office.
