Arthur Hanna is senior managing director for Energy within Accenture Strategy. His role focuses on business strategy development and implementation, with additional responsibilities as senior client director for a leading global energy company. He is also a member of the Accenture Global Energy Board, chaired by Lord Browne, and is a member of the Accenture Global Leadership Council.
Mr. Hanna has more than 24 years of experience working for Accenture. During that time, he has led a wide portfolio of work for a variety of super major and national oil company clients with particular emphasis on post-merger integration, new business process model architectures and implementation, consumer research, brand management, new product development and market-entry strategies.
Mr. Hanna leads Accenture research on energy transition and new energy architectures and has presented at a number of international conferences on the issues associated with energy transition. He is also a Global Agenda Council member of the World Economic Forum.
Prior to joining Accenture Mr. Hanna had 10 years of international management experience with BP Oil International.
Mr. Hanna has a Bachelor of Science degree (Hons) in economics and economic policy from Loughborough University, United Kingdom. He is also a founding member of the Schofield Society for the University’s development trust. He is based in London, United Kingdom.
