With Start, developed in partnership with Rede Cidadã and Instituto Ser Mais in Brazil, Accenture is providing low-income individuals with the business and technical skills they need to build meaningful, lasting careers in technology – and the opportunity to be hired by Accenture. Since the program’s inception, hundreds of Accenture volunteers have donated their time to serve as mentors to Start students.
