With more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry,Tom has extensive telecommunications expertise, both fixed and mobile. He has managed large programs around operations management, including business process outsourcing, and IT, encompassing IT strategy, application development and maintenance for online, and CRM and billing. He has spearheaded several innovation initiatives, including “TV as a service,” and VoIP and fiber optic deployments.
Tom has a Master’s degree in applied physics from Delft University of Technology, and an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management. He is married, with three daughters, and is a passionate musician.
